Robert Thomas Smith., 75 of Murfreesboro passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Mr. Smith was born in Dayton, TN to the late James and Alice Smith. He was a mechanic and a Mason of Mt. Moriah Lodge and member of Al Menah Shrine Temple. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents and son, James Robert Smith. He is survived by his wife, Linda F. Smith; daughters, Brenda (Howard) Aubian of Murfreesboro; Kathy (Kevin) Bogle of Beechgrove, TN; sisters, Judy Smith; Marie Lewis both of Michigan; brother, Eddie Smith of Oklahoma; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a large extended family.

Memorial service will be on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11:00am at Hoovers’s Gap Church, 13446 Highway 41, Christiana, TN 37037. All family and friends are invited. Anyone wishing to speak or share a story is welcome to do so.
